Refund & Replacement Policy
Because our sweets are handmade food products, all candy, fudge, pralines, chocolates, popcorn, and gift baskets are final sale and cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a shipping issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@bearcreekcandy.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Melted chocolate or heat-related damage may occur during warm weather shipping. During hot weather, we may delay shipment, use insulated packaging, or contact you before shipping.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
